Late Add Request Late Add Request Students majoring in the Schieffer College, can use this form to request a late add after the first five days of a semester. Students are able to add within the first five days in their my.tcu.edu portal. It is rare to gain approval join a class late after day 10 of a fall or spring semester because of the amount of class content missed. Dr. Wendy Macias, associate dean for undergraduate studies, will email your TCU email regarding approval or denial of this request. You can upload explicit proof (below) that you received permission from the professor/department to add late or email it to Dr. Macias. You will not be added without that proof. Students are ultimately responsible for their degree requirements. If your request is approved, the class cannot be added until any holds preventing enrollment have been removed (e.g., financial, pending tasks, etc.).
