Four Schieffer College students presented their Honors projects to a group of Schieffer faculty last month, demonstrating how hard they’ve worked this year. The student presenters and the name of their presentations are as follows:

Nicole Adams, Communication Studies and Strategic Communication double major: “MissCommunication: How Social Communication Tools are Delivering Contradictory Messages to Young Women, and the Resulting Physical, Social and Psychological Impact”

Brook Goodman, Sports Broadcasting and Strategic Communication double major: “The Intersection of Race and Athletics in the Memphis Community”

Anne Reneslacis, Strategic Communication major: “Crisis & Defensive Communication in the Airline Industry”

Nicole Valenzuela, Strategic Communication major: “The Impact of COVID-19 on Corporate Social Responsibility”

Members of the Schieffer Research and Professional Development Committee selected Brook Goodman as the top presenter. Brook will compete in the TCU Boller Competition on Tuesday, April 13. We wish Brook all the best on her presentation and are proud she represents the Schieffer College!
