Friends Beyond the Classroom

My first impression of Uriel Huerta was that he was really goofy but also really smart. I thought this kid was on another level because in class he spoke in such vague riddles. The more I got to know him, the more I realized he was very normal. However, sometimes I still can’t understand him.

It’s honestly really good to have someone to rely on besides the people that I know back home. Even though I’m from Fort Worth and I have friends around town, I did not know what to expect from people at TCU. Meeting Uriel has made TCU life a lot easier for me. He’s a support system while I’m in class or another angle I need when reporting. He’s also a friend I can grab a coffee with during a break.
