Why journalism?
When I was in high school I participated in an after-school journalism class. We filmed a newscast that aired every Monday and I was one of the sports anchors. I fell in love with broadcast journalism and I knew that was going to be my major.

Do you have a minor?
I am currently a political science minor, but I am changing it to a major. I will be double majoring in journalism and political science.

What are you most proud of in the last year?
I am proud of making the Dean’s List last year and every semester at Texas Christian University while taking 18 hours of course credit.

What do you plan to do with your degree?
Since I will be a political science and journalism double major, I am thinking about going into law or I would love to work for CNN.

What’s your favorite word?
My favorite words are preposterous, discombobulated and ebullient. I could not pick just one.
