The Texas Intercollegiate Press Association awarded TCU Student Media with 10 awards in eight categories, a mix of first, second and third places, as well as several honorable mentions. We congratulate our student journalists!

Haeven Gibbons has done work that demonstrates a willingness to step out of her comfort zone and tell stories that go beyond most of our experiences. From her examination of the Navajo Nation’s struggles with COVID-19 to her look at the struggle surrounding today’s homeless, she has provided readers with rich, vivid and compelling word pictures that will remain in their minds for a good long time.
