What made you choose communication studies?
I chose communication studies because I wanted to change my major and I really liked the communication class I was in. I wanted something that would give me a variety of options because I did not know what I wanted to do after graduation.

What is the best part of the Bob Schieffer College of Communication?
I enjoy the variety of classes I get to take. There are only four required courses, so I have enjoyed the freedom of choosing the classes I want to take after meeting the requirements. The classes are applicable to real life which makes them more interesting than just learning facts.

Where is your favorite place to study?
I enjoy studying in either the King Family Commons or Union Grounds. I need some background noise and I feel better knowing I am surrounded by people. I am also more motivated to study this way because I feel like I can’t start distracting myself when other people are watching.

What is your favorite thing to do in Fort Worth?
I enjoy walking or running along the Trinity Trails. I am an outdoorsy person and exercising helps me relieve some stress. I also like going to try new places to eat because there are so many options. Going out to eat also gives me the opportunity to socialize.

What is one thing you have in your backpack at all times?
I keep my planner in my backpack. I live through my planner because it helps me keep track of all my assignments and meetings. I also enjoying crossing things out when I complete them.
