Ride TV CEO Michael Fletcher met with FTDM students on April 6, 2015 to discuss the introduction of a niche cable network in today’s media environment. While doing so, he detailed the process of acquiring cable and satellite distribution for the network in the United States and globally. He also discussed the opportunities and challenges of creating original programming for the 24/7 schedule. Headquartered in Fort Worth, Ride TV was launched in late 2014 and is focused on presenting the American horse lifestyle and culture.
