Associate Professor of Professional Practice Greg Mansur was recently invited into the Adobe Campus Leader Program. As an Adobe Campus Leader, Mansur will be a part of a growing global network of professional users of Adobe’s cutting edge digital software. Professor Mansur teaches three classes that incorporate Adobe software into his curriculum: Motion Graphics, Post Production and Advance Video Production. According to Professor Mansur, “At no other time in my 13 years as a TCU instructor has the knowledge of digital technology been such an essential tool for students looking to work in the film, TV and digital media industry.” At the end of 2013, Professor Mansur was also awarded the prestigious 2013 Dean’s Teaching Award for Significant and Meritorious Achievement in Teaching at the Fall Commencement ceremony.
“I’m pleased to be acknowledged by the academy and my colleagues and humbled by the experience. It’s an affirmation of my commitment to students, to the Bob Schieffer College of Communication, and the department of Film, Television and Digital Media,” he stated.
