My degree: Film, Television and Digital Media major with a Spanish minor

My favorite class or professor in the Schieffer College: My favorite class in Schieffer was “Audio Theory and Practice” that I took with Andy Haskett. I learned so much and had a blast doing it! My favorite professor was Colin Tait. He always made sure to check in on us as people, and showed us respect and kindness always. He was always there to listen to me cry or rant about life and class, or debate about whether Scott Pilgrim is (not) the best movie ever.

What I’m doing post-graduation: I will be continuing on here at TCU, perusing my master’s degree while working as a graduate assistant with TCU Athletics Video Production.

What I’ll miss most about TCU: I’ll miss the busy Commons during warm weather days, and the loud film debates that were almost always going on in the foyer of Moudy South during the school year before class.

One of my favorite TCU memories: The professors in the film department have always shown me so much kindness and I am so grateful. I have wonderful memories of them and their classes. Whether Joan was offering me snacks, or Andy was picking on me in class, or I was crying in Tait and Chuck’s offices, they were always there for me. Life hasn’t always been easy, but they have always been there as a support system and I will never forget that.
