Typical workday:

6:30 a.m.        Wake up and get ready for work

7:05 a.m.        Drive to work

7:30 a.m.        Check/respond to emails, view calendar items for the day, create priorities to accomplish for the day

8:30 a.m.        Work on open searches, including candidate interviews, finding candidates for searches, and communicating with candidates

10:30 a.m.      Work with other members of Talent Acquisition Team to vet and strategize candidates for openings

12:00 p.m.      Lunch – usually go out of the office with people or work through lunch depending on the day

1:00 p.m.        Update list of priorities based on what’s coming in that day from VPs or General Managers

1:30 p.m.        Continue working on open searches, including candidate interviews, finding candidates for searches, and communicating with candidates

3:00 p.m.        Administrative work on roles; upload candidate notes; update tracking documents

3:30 p.m.        Work on miscellaneous projects

4:00 p.m.        Work on my to-do list for the next day and update priorities

4:30 p.m.        Leave work

5:30 p.m.        Work out

7:00 p.m.        Meet up with friends for drinks/dinner or eat dinner at home
