From September 1-4, 2016, FTDM associate professor Joan McGettigan will introduce films in “The Art of Espionage” film series at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth. The series will open with Alfred Hitchcock’s Foreign Correspondent and include a wide variety of films, ranging from classics (such as The Spy Who Came in from the Cold) to comedies (such as The Tall Blond Man with One Black Shoe) and variations on the genre (such as Steven Spielberg’s Munich). Professor McGettigan will provide opening remarks and lead post-screening discussions of several films.
